When are you entitled to a replacement car?

Each injured party in a collision/accident is entitled to a replacement vehicle of the same class for the entire period of claim settlement:

The vehicle is drivable after the incident

You receive a replacement car on the day your vehicle is brought in for service, and you return it on the day you pick up your vehicle after it has been repaired.

The vehicle is no longer suitable for driving after the incident

You will receive the vehicle as soon as possible from the time of the event until the vehicle is repaired by the service center in the case of a cashless repair or until compensation is paid, plus the time necessary for the repair.
